Zillow.com is an excellent source for property information and home valuation.   With it, you have access to all publicly recorded information about a property.  Trulia.com and Yahoo's Neighborhood pages both provide rich demographic data by zip code and a variety of market trends.   Both are extremely helpful in evaluating neighborhoods, school districts and much more.
